In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency of all financial transactions on luck77.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player can make a withdrawal above specified thresholds.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use luck77's real-money services, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on luck77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where luck77 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently closed, any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify luck77 support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 KYC Verification

luck77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on luck77. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. luck77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

3.2 Age Verification

luck77 may at any time request documentary evidence of your age. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof that you are 18 or older, your account will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The luck77 platform is operated primarily for players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of luck77 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. luck77 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular location outside of its primary operating market.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

luck77 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, SadaPay, and Raast instant payments. The minimum deposit amount is 1,000 PKR. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your luck77 account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, and Raast are processed in real time. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take up to one business day to reflect in your luck77 account balance. luck77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is 2,000 PKR. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 2.4. luck77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawals that are deemed unusual in size or frequency.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within one business day. Following approval, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving institution. luck77 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or third-party banking systems.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. luck77 may apply a dormancy administration fee of 500 PKR per month to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Balances of 500 PKR or less in dormant accounts may be set to zero after 24 months of inactivity.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers made available on luck77 are subject to eligibility criteria specific to each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 or above who have completed the registration process in full. luck77 reserves the right to exclude specific player accounts from promotional eligibility at its discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts and free spin winnings credited to a luck77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; bonus funds not wagered within this period will expire automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that luck77 determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional mechanics, using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or placing low-risk bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure.

6.1 General Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on luck77 — whether in casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook events, or cockfighting markets — are final once confirmed. luck77 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify a confirmed wager except where a technical error is established on luck77's part.

6.2 Void Bets

luck77 reserves the right to declare a wager void where: (a) the underlying event has been cancelled; (b) the game software experienced a verifiable technical fault that affected the outcome; (c) the odds or prices offered were the result of a manifest error; or (d) there is credible evidence that the outcome was subject to manipulation. Void bets are settled by returning the stake to the Player's account balance.

6.3 Jackpot Winnings

Jackpot prizes on luck77 are paid in full in PKR. Where a jackpot win is the result of a software malfunction or where the jackpot meter displayed an amount that was incorrect due to a technical error, luck77 reserves the right to void the spin and return the stake. luck77 will not process a jackpot payment arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game.

6.4 Sports Betting Results

All sports betting results on luck77 are settled according to official result sources recognised by luck77 for each sport. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on luck77 and an official result, the official result will take precedence for settlement purposes. Decisions on result disputes are made by luck77's trading team and are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luck77. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one luck77 account under any name or identity
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place wagers or interact with luck77 in any way
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or event
• Using or attempting to use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using luck77 for money laundering purposes
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities in luck77's games or platform
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Allowing or facilitating access to your luck77 account by any third party
• Any form of threatening, abusive, or harassing communication directed at luck77 staff or other players

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game titles, graphics, audio, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the luck77 platform are the exclusive property of luck77 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the luck77 platform without prior written authorisation from luck77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit.

luck77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond luck77's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. luck77 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance and to restore service promptly following unplanned outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits luck77's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by luck77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

luck77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistan players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. The luck77 platform includes a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that Players are strongly encouraged to use proactively.

Available responsible gaming tools within your luck77 account include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps), loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your luck77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon requesting closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within five business days, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Closure by luck77

luck77 may close or suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) luck77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) your account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; or (d) you are found to be under 18 years of age.

11.3 Balance Handling on Closure

Where luck77 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the final balance disposition will depend on the nature and severity of the breach. In cases involving fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to legal proceedings.

luck77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, luck77 will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address associated with your account and/or via a prominent notice on the luck77 platform.

Your continued use of the luck77 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using luck77 and close your account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and the English text shall prevail in all interpretations. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of luck77, you are encouraged to contact luck77 support in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

luck77 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, luck77 will engage a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution mechanism. The outcome of such a process will be binding on both parties.
